Ari and Ani--this sounds AMAZING! A great combo of comfort and elegance. I'll have to plan a trip to Portland just to try it all. I'm blown away by this, guys; wishing you all the luck in the world (tho' I can't imagine you'll need it!) Jude

It's looking great, Anni! The soft-fried egg over polenta is pretty much my ideal comfort food.

I got so excited by the egg and polenta option that I forced Masha to make it for me and I loved every bite. Now I am desperate to try the Humble Beagle version. I'll be there by 6 pm EST tonight. - Rebecca

Hi, Ani,
"There will also be several vegan options, pasta dishes and locally produced fresh vegetables" says the reg-guard. Awesome! But I didn't see any vegan option on the posted menu. So, where's the non-beef, as they say?
